There are many ways to promote jobs and internships, and to connect with students, at the University of Washington. Advertising your job or internship opportunity on our popular online job board, HuskyJobs, is an essential piece in getting the word out to qualified students. Read on to learn more.
- HuskyJobs - Online Job Board
- Click here to list openings for qualified candidates from a variety of academic interest areas, backgrounds and class levels, including both current students and recent alumni. This is a free service for employers.
- Student Newspaper - The Daily
- 12,000 copies of the University of Washington's The Daily are printed Monday through Friday, Fall, Winter and Spring quarters, and 12,000 weekly on Wednesday during Summer quarter.

- Advertising to UW Alumni
- In addition to posting in HuskyJobs, to recruit more experienced candidates, we would recommend that you post your opportunities with the UW Alumni Association.
- Resume Books
- You can also find qualified candidates by searching our online collections of current student resumes, which are available for a nominal fee through our resume books.
- Internship Development
- Internships are a great way to build a future employee pipeline.
- Work Study Program
- Work Study is a form of employment related financial aid awarded to students based on an evaluation of financial need. For more information, contact the UW Work Study office.
- Information Tables
- Unfortunately, informational tables for the purposes of advertising employment opportunities or collecting resumes are not available on the UW Seattle Campus. Employers are encouraged to establish a working relationship with career services, faculty members or a recognized student organization.
- Posters or Flyers
- The UW Career Center does not have bulletin boards, nor are there boards available in central campus locations. Some departments have in-house bulletin posting areas, however each department must be contacted individually regarding their posting policies.
